What is havan clothing?

We are a brand focused on empowering kid's creativity. We exist for people who value creativity & empowerment, quality workmanship, love simple designs, and above all, for those who know they shouldn't have to overpay for a great outfit.

 

How do you pronounce havan?

It’s easy: “hair-ven” :)

 

Where did the name come from?

Havan = Hany + Ivan

 

Why we do what we do?

We can’t teach creativity; we can only nurture creativity. The only way to nurture creativity is to acknowledge and recognize it. It gives kids confidence and empowers them to do more, try more and explore mode. Who knows, these kids might be the next Steve Jobs, Picasso, Van Gogh, Wolverine or Tony Starks.

 

Where are you located?

We are located in Kuala Lumpur, the heart and soul of Malaysia.

 

Do you have retail stores?

No. Our model is direct to consumer. We offer high-quality products at a reasonable price by eliminating the middleman, minimizing shipping cost, no third-party warehouse storage cost and retail expenses. We passed down the saving back to the consumer.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For now, we only accept payment directly through Paypal.

What does shipping cost?

Proceed to checkout, select your country from the list and fill up zip code to get the shipping rate.

 

How fast are orders processed?

We process orders within 1-2 business days.

 

How long does shipping take?

For local delivery, standard delivery takes 5-10 days, express delivery takes 1-2 days. For most of the International delivery is about 7-14 working days.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return & exchange policy?

We hate to see well-designed kid’s creativity tees are sinking in somewhere the closet, not realizing it purpose. So our return and exchange policy lasts 7 days from the day you received your shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (new condition, unwashed, unaltered and unworn). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • You will be contacted via email after your order has been received and reviewed by us. We will be provided with new shipping information for your requested item.

 

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

We ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to help@havanclothing.com. If we made a mistake, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

CLOTHING

What size am I?

We attached size chart with detailed product measurements is included on each product page. Please contact us if you need more help on the sizing and fit, we love to help! If the fit doesn’t work out the first time, just remember, exchanges within the Malaysia are always free.

 

Care instruction

These should be only washed with like colours. We highly recommend turning them inside out and machine or hand wash with warm water that. Each and every shirt of us has a certain percentage of cotton, which means they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried.
